Recycling revamp on way for Knaresborough

WHEELIE bins look set to be introduced across the Harrogate district in the new year, as the borough council considers a seven-figure revamp of recycling. The scheme would see the bins installed at every home, cardboard and plastic bottle kerbside recycling brought in and alternate weekly collections of waste and recycling. Read more
