Kerbside plastic collection rates rise 27%

Commissioned by plastics recycling adviser Recoup and plastics manufacturer Nampak, the UK Household Plastics Packaging Collection Survey 2010 found that 215,576 tonnes of plastic bottles were collected through kerbside recycling schemes in 2009.
